? brand crm routine operation, including
1. daily retail/customer service problem solving
2. regular data capture, analysis and report making
3. temporary data requirements
4. sms or edm setting and sending;
5. edm monthly report making
? crm program operation:
1. assist in crm program setting and management (such as vip day, wechat pay activities)
2. program execution and both internal and external communication (crm/retail/tech/vendors)
3. result tracking and analysis, generate and gather suggestions for optimization
? brand campaign operation (promotion or on-sale):
1. edm & sms strategy setting and content sending
2. coupon and promotion rules setting
3. pre-campaign historical data collection and analysis
4. during campaign problem solving
5. data collection and analysis, report sending
? final objective is to increase:
5. vip customer base
6. conversion rate
7. basket size
8. shopping frequency
requirements
? bachelor degree or above, preferred business analysis related major
? 1-3 years working experience on crm marketing
? previous experience in project/campaign execution and management

1, 根據能動英語加盟店日常業務管理及總部對加盟店日常支持管理的要求,梳理需求
2, 負責組織項目團隊
3,負責組織平臺開發搭建,后續維護優化
任職資格:
1, 統招本科,it相關專業
2, 有成功的相關項目經驗
3, 熟悉教育行業,及門店日常經營流程
4, 熟悉教育行業crm系統第三方廠商,熟悉目前的發展現狀
