硬件項目管理 職責包括但不限于:
?根據產品規格和品牌設計服務解決方案或觸發新的服務模式，與服務提供/解決方案密切配合，以滿足oem客戶的需求。
?代表區域服務團隊關于oem戰略項目的問題和關注點，包括服務支持流程和成本效益/影響分析。
?評估聯想提供所需服務的現有能力，并根據差距確定額外的投資需求。
?管理產品發布準備，以滿足地域服務發布要求。
?與業務轉型和it團隊合作，根據需要制定有效和高效執行服務所需的需求。
?遵循開發檢查點流程。改進新業務模型的流程。
?有效管理和控制服務項目范圍、風險、質量和變更。

第3篇 硬件項目管理職位描述與崗位職責任職要求
崗位職責：
1、根據產品需求，組建項目研發團隊，編制項目執行計劃，包括人力，進度，預算等，推進項目的研發實施；
2、監控項目過程的質量和進度，組織突發問題的攻關；
3、協調涉及項目的內外部研發資源；
任職要求：

職責描述:
? acts as the primary electrical engineering interface to the customer
? available for travelling when needed
? maintains a project timeline for hw applications
? supports all required program documentation including:
o dfmea’s
o safety plan development
o design reviews
o customer electronics issues/communications tracking
o customer documentation
o drawing， hw calibration and releases
? complete process related documentation including engineering notices， design change package， engineering change requests， engineering change order， cost requests， 5 phases， engineering permits， etc.
? coordinate sample supply requirements for engineering samples to the customer and the labs.
? coordinate controller updates activities: samples， vehicle testing， validation， anomaly fixes， plant return material analysis
? coordinate calibration release， software release， and validation activities
? interpret and analyze system and customer specifications to determine impact on the functional design content of the electrical system.
? support product development activities as required.

? educational focus in design/development of electrical systems in hardware and/or software
? proficient written and verbal communication skills

preferred:
? +2 yrs of electrical/electronics experience
? automotive electronics background is preferred
? program management experience
? familiarity with electronic assembly processes
? familiarity with automotive communication protocols (can， lin， flexray)
? familiarity with basic tools that apply to can networks
? familiarity with general electronic schematic diagrams
? familiarity with printed circuit board layout and fabrication
? functional understanding of c programming language
? experience with 8-bit and 16-bit micro-controllers
? experience with microcontroller processors and common peripherals
