第1篇 ehs專員崗位職責(zé)職位要求
職責(zé)描述：
1、協(xié)助安保課長進(jìn)行安全生產(chǎn)管理的各類資料收集、整理
2、廠區(qū)內(nèi)日常的安全、消防、環(huán)保檢查，監(jiān)督跟進(jìn)責(zé)任部門完成安全隱患整改。
3、負(fù)責(zé)各類文件、制度及檢查資料的編輯、錄入等
4、定期對公司員工安排安全、消防、環(huán)保培訓(xùn)
1）熟悉健康、安全和環(huán)境、消防相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、法律法規(guī)；
2）具備良好口頭及書面表達(dá)能力，人際交往和組織協(xié)調(diào)能力，原則性強(qiáng)。
3）熟練使用office辦公軟件。

-按照公司總部的要求,制定公司的安全和健康方針,年度預(yù)防計劃,指標(biāo)并明確責(zé)任人;
-建立并定期組織公司的安全績效評估;
-組織安全會議,跟蹤并落實安全措施;
-事故分析,緊急狀況應(yīng)對,msds;
-安全培訓(xùn),經(jīng)急救助,事故報告和監(jiān)控管理層的參與程度,vhs審核;
-安全設(shè)備管理,潛在危險性分析;
-與法國總部的聯(lián)絡(luò)和安全報告;
responsibilities:
-to make safety and health policies, annual preventive plan and target, following the requirement from the headquarter, and designate people who take respective responsibilities;
-establishment of safety performance assessment and to organize the assessment regularly;
-organization of safety meenting, to follow and carry out safety solutions;
-conduction of accident analysis, emergency reaction and msds;
-organization of safety training, quick response to emergency, to provide accident report and supervise the involvement of managerial level and vhs audit;
-management of safety equipment and analysis of potential risks;
-communication with france headquarter and completion of safety report;

-在合資或外資的歐美企業(yè)從事安全管理工作5年以上;
-個性成熟、能獨立承擔(dān)工作并愿意交流;
