第1篇 mba項目崗位職責
senior mba project manager高級項目運營經理-00323 中歐國際工商學院 中歐國際工商學院 major responsibilities:
? work with directors to achieve the mission, goals and objectives of the unit;
? extensively work with all stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations, provide innovative and alternative methods for achieving goals when necessary. ;
? interpret, implement and ensure compliance with school academic and administrative policies and procedures within the operating unit. recommend new internal policies, guidelines and procedures.
? may oversee and/or manage the finances across all sources for the annual budget cycle, including developing, monitoring, forecasting and reporting.
? other duties may also be assigned
basic requirements:
? master degree or above, mba preferred;
? over twelve years of experience in multiple functions with more than three years in managing an independent unit;
? strong customer service focus for satisfaction of all stakeholders;
? demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills including issue and conflict resolution;
? excellent planning and organizational skills.
? excellent communication skills in both chinese and english;
? strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
? good budget planning knowledge.
? attention to detail and accuracy;
? ability to multi-task and manage deadlines
第2篇 mba項目主管崗位職責
1.負責制定招生計劃,明確招生目標與招生方式、崗位職責,策劃、組織、實施各項招生推廣活動。
2.負責督導、訓練和激勵課程顧問以及電話銷售以提升銷售業績,達成業績目標。
3.負責持續優化工作流程,完善團隊溝通方式,提升團隊合作的效率與效果。
4.負責組織實施本項目的各項課程與活動,并對其他項目組的課程與活動進行支持與協助。
5.負責帶領團隊不斷提升專業水準與職業素養,提供高品質的客戶服務與客戶體驗,持續提升學員的滿意度與忠誠度。
6、負責完善課程模塊與課程體系,優化項目師資隊伍。
7.積極推動團隊合作,特別是跨部門的溝通與合作,提倡正思維,傳遞正能量,打造卓越團隊文化。
8.協助項目總監,與各部門通力合作推動市場網絡、內部網絡、校友網絡及校友平臺的構建與完善。
9、其他需要配合的工作。
崗位要求:
1、大學本科及以上學歷,專業不限,有教育行業工作經驗優先;
2、優秀的學習能力,能夠在短時間內了解行業、職位以及客戶的特點和需求,并掌握精準有效的推廣方式;
3、文案能力強,能夠獨立撰寫高質量的課程宣傳資料;
4、溝通能力強,能夠得體、順暢和企業家、高管溝通交流;
5、具備較好的市場分析及判斷能力,具備較強的市場拓展能力。
