tasks
communicate with customer to clarify the technical requirement
lead project team to generate the concept and draft the technical specification
communicate with team member and suppliers to make the cost and time planning
work together with pmo and testing colleagues to get the investment approval
lead project team to do risk analysis and make mitigation actions
planning/process/implement and cross department coordination
lead project team to solve problems during project running
lead project review with hq, china top management
escalate problem and seek support from top management
work together with hq pms to optimize the process
external cooperation regarding test rig development and ind 4.0
support and take initiatives on fit for quality, move, ehs
support on environmental management, internal control, excellence
requirements
bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
pm-experience with engineering background
pmi or pmp certificate
good knowledge in engineering project management
good knowledge mechanic engineering or electrical engineering
good problem solving capability
good communication skills
good command in english
team player
第2篇 非標設備開發項目崗位職責
1.有非標機械與電子專業知識,可使用soliderworks & cad,熟悉機構設計、傳動機構、plc及電子電路相關知識;
2.有cable制程非標設備或大型非標機械廠項目管理及追蹤經驗者優先;*重要*
3.確認研發部門設計方案,檢討方案的有效與實現性,符合客戶各參數指標需求;*重要*
4.了解焊接類線材加工制程,有市場資源訊息,了解線材焊接前沿設備加工制程設備使用;
5.參與客戶方案樣品與制程跟蹤驗證,并參與項項目審定前期工作;
6. 可熟練執行項目各部門銜接及進度管控;
7.有文件及資料的歸檔及收集整理能力;
8.定期核實項目執行性,并匯總報告至總經理室;
9.制定項目相關教材與組織人員培訓;
10. 追蹤確認新產品的設計、加工、組裝、程序、驗證及客戶使用順暢性;
11.有很好的溝通及執行力,對跨部門運作有相當知能與魄力;
12.為使項目管理工作更具時效性,對組織運作及結構性調整有相當的經驗與建議;
